You read that right, the NFL flag football Olympics dream is alive for fans across the country.
During the 2028 Olympics, NFL players will compete in flag football with each team sending one player to assist in representing their country. Imagine Alvin Kamara spinning through defenders to avoid a flag snag. Possibly Chris Olave snagging a pass for a USA touchdown.
Owners of the NFL teams voted unanimously to make this happen and make flag football a global spectacle.
With the Olympics being held in Los Angeles, as well as NFL fans uniting to cheer for one team, this should surely be quite the event to see.
